Any Boat is a true example of building the Aussie Dream. What started out as a passion has grown into an Australian small business success story.
Any Boat was founded by Daniel Da Silva who had a love of boats and websites.
In 2008 Daniel jumped ship from a job that paid well but he was not passionate about getting out of bed each morning for.
His vision: to unlock Sydney Harbour for any one, any occasion, on any boat
At the time of the launch the company was simply a website, a make-shift office in a spare bedroom and a hard-working Aussie.
The toughest challenge was building the trust of boat owners as an unknown in the industry without any track record of success.
In true entrepreneurial spirit Daniel backed himself and embarked on a journey to build a successful and scalable business model.
In a short time, he built a network of long-term clients that he still works with today (what was then around 30 boats)
with a business model that generated a return for both boat owners and Any Boat.
In the summer of 2010 Daniel started to see some real traction. After spotting the opportunity to dominate the online world he learned everything
he could about SEO and soon started generating an increasing number of enquiries and converted these to sales by having a fast, responsive and personal service.
Fast forward 10 years and Any Boat has fulfilled the vision to become one of the leading charter boat companies across Australia.
Today, they employ the biggest team of any agency and work with over 140 boats - predominantly across Sydney,
including five charter boats that Daniel owns thanks to the success of the Any Boat business.
A close-knit team they operate with passion for delivering great, memorable experiences.
