Overview

Hiilani is a privately owned charter boat that is occasionally used for boat charters and harbour cruises on Sydney Harbour, The Whitsunday’s and the Gold Coast. Because she is privately owned and used by the owners regularly the standard of every detail is always at the highest level possible.

 

The boat is used for harbour cruises and boat hire now but it was originally built in Italy and was once owned by the actress Shirley Temple. There is plenty of outdoor space for sunbaking and making the most of your luxury boat hire experience, and there is plenty of space inside the saloon and cabins where you feel the character and luxury throughout.

 

Harbour cruises on Hiilani are available for up to 45 people and as you would expect catering and beverges are all at the highest level which comes with the service to match. Luxury boat hire is about being the best and the Hiilani crew know how to deliver exactly that.

 

She is also available for boat charter holidays where you and a few friends or family can stay aboard for as long as you like. Better than a 5 star hotel Hiilani gives you the opportunity to experience 5 star accommodation with some of the best views and locations on the planet. Part of the day can be spend making the most of a harbour cruise and the rest can be spent at anchor relaxing in the un.

Catering

All meals are cooked for guests on extended cruises and catering is available on shorter cruises. This is a licensed vessel so alcohol is available for purchase on board.

Our Executive Chef Jesper Hansen is a talented and creative Chef originally from Denmark. Prior to moving to Sydney, Jesper worked in some of Denmark’s finest restaurants and now heads up Blond Catering. Jesper brings to Sydney’s corporate and private catering events a new creative freshness unique to his background in Scandinavian food.

 

Our exclusive Blond Catering “The Boat” Menu selections have been designed to offer guests a balanced and delicious collection of flavours and styles, which are ideal for cruising on Sydney’s beautiful harbour. 

All of these menu items are prepared by our team in our RCA-Gold-License accredited catering kitchen and finished fresh on-board the “The Boat” for your enjoyment.
