This client favourite has great on board features that will impress your most prestigious guests. The 80 ft. yacht accommodates 56 guests at a time. The main saloon of the yacht is very spacious. The designer used several colour schemes to bring out a bright, energetic and youthful look and feel in the whole yacht. The large windows bring in enough light during the day, and at the same time, also offer a great viewing platform for guests seated inside. The main saloon is fitted with a great entertainment system that guests will appreciate.

The upper deck has an open design, also making it a great place to take in the views on your next harbour cruise. You can take as many beautiful pictures as you want from this spot as well. Due to the open design, the area is also a great place to host a romantic and private dinner with your close family or friends. Our Harbour cruises on Ariston offers great catering packages that will go hand in hand with your Harbour cruises theme. All meals are prepared by our five star rated chef, so you can be assured of fine dining. Additionally, the meals are prepared from locally sourced fresh products. The yacht also has a licensed bar where you can get all your favourite drinks served at just the right temperature. Eskies are also available for use.

$250 BYO food  with no use of the galley. Fridge storage permitted
$400 to byo with a pre organized galley manager to warm up pre prepared pre-cooked dishes. (This is not a chef)

Staffing Fees
$250 per wait staff for a 4 hour charter ($50 each additional hour)
1 x wait staff per 10 guests

Bar Staff 
A bar staff surcharge will apply to all menus when the charter is for less than 20 guests

Chef Fee 
All charters will attract a chef charge of $300 that are up to a 4 hours in charter duration. 

Pick up and drop off wharf fees apply

Footwear: Flat soft sole shoes preferred. Strictly no stiletto heels

Please Note: 
A list of all BYO beverage must be given in advance of delivery to the Vessel to avoid over ordering.
Leftover beverages will be given a reasonable time slot to re box and transport ( 20 minutes ) off the vessel.
Excessive handling of beverages will incur a handling fee of $200.
