Boxing day cruises are a popular choice for those looking to really immerse themselves in the experience and with one of the most experienced skippers at the helm, Karisma is the ultimate choice for those who want to experience the start of the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race up close and personal.

Karisma is a 60ft (18m) vessel that was originally a houseboat and has since been redesigned for boat charters and in particular - entertaining guests on boxing day cruises.  Licensed to carry 50 guests, Karisma is laid out in a way that makes her the perfect entertainer, with multiple formal and informal areas for entertaining, mingling or just relaxing with a drink.

One of the more versatile Boxing Day Cruise options, Karisma can provide formal sit down meals, light refreshments and canapes or even just the simple BYO option.

The area downstairs can seat 30- 35 if the need requires or alternatively it is left clear so you and your party can enjoy the experience and the freedom to move around as you see fit. Wait staff on Karisma are both professional and enthusiastic about their craft and help make your Boxing Day Cruise a truly relaxing and indulgent experience.

Alongside this large entertaining area you will also find 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms downstairs - remnants of her day as a houseboat and excellent storage areas for bags and personal items.  At the rear there is a smaller entertaining area that is used as the swimming platform so you and your party can enjoy a dip in Sydney harbour. - something we highly recommend as part of your Boxing Day Cruise experience.

Upstairs is where you find out why Karisma is such a great choice for a cruise on Boxing Day, with 360 degree uninterrupted views of Sydney and the start of the Famous Sydney to Hobart Yacht. This upstairs area is large enough to hold all 50 guests and  is shaded with a canopy which means you can spend the entire Boxing Day Cruise relaxing on the many lounges and being served refreshing drinks as world famous yacht race gets underway.

Karisma has a number of additional options so that your New Years Day Cruise experience is one you remember fondly. Options that incur additional costs include an extra bar upstairs (perfect for those lazy New Years Days Cruises) and a large Spa on the top deck. (both $250 extra) There is also a DJ that they regularly use and comes with raving reviews from past Karisma guests. ($550 extra)
Karisma's standard options include Power and iPod/USB/Aux connections as well as a great quality sound system so you only need your smartphone and some Tunes
