You are very welcome to self cater on both catamarans and you are welcome to cook on our barbeques for no additional charge. We will dispose of all rubbish for you or choose from the following catered options:-
OPTION 1....SAUSAGE SIZZLE $$$$$$saver $10.00 per person consisting of sausages,bread ,sauces, nibblies,soft drink.
OPTION 2....( minimum 16 passengers) SAUSAGE SIZZLE PLUS CHICKEN KEBABS & SALAD
$$ saver $23.00 per person, sausage sizzle plus chicken kebabs,garden salads,nibblies ,soft drink.
OPTION 3....(minimum 16 passengers) SEAFOOD & FILLET STEAKS $40.00 per person,fresh fish from the Sydney fish markets including salmon cutlets and another white fish,fillet steaks barbecued,barbecued chicken,potatoe salads,green salad with rocket,mediterranean & gourmet salads with fresh basil and coriander,crusty bread,cheese platters with olives,cucumbers and gherkins,fresh fruit ,nibblies and soft drink.
OPTION 4....minimum 16 passengers )SEAFOOD DELIGHT $50.00 per person,prawns,oysters,barbecued salmon cutlets and another white fish all fresh from the Sydney Fish Markets,cold meats and chicken platters,crusty bread,garden salads with rocket,mediterranean & gourmet salads with fresh basil and coriander,cheese platters with olives,cucumbers and gherkins,fresh fruit,nibblies,soft drink.
We recommend a minimum 4 hour hire if you are planning to have a relaxed barbequed meal. Why not anchor in a bay as well as a leisurely cruise around the harbour perhaps with some swimming if it's hot. Sightseeing, dancing, karaoke (cruise-cat only) party games etc.

WHARF BOOKING FEE.
A $13.00 fee applies to pickup and drop off at major city wharves for eg casino wharf, king st wharf. This fee is imposed by The NSW Maritime Authority.
BOXING DAY on board CRUISE-CAT booked 2008.
On board - max 20 passengers BYO food cost $1800.00 cruise starts at 10.00am finishes 5.00pm
One of the most exciting and thrilling days on the harbour as we firstly follow the big yachts competing in the Sydney to Hobart yacht race up to the heads and then spend the rest of the day exploring Sydney Harbour.If it's hot we anchor in a bay where passengers can swim.

In order to secure the best possible anchorage with a spectacular view of the Harbour Bridge, the Sydney Opera House and the New Years' Eve fireworks on Sydney Harbour, we like to depart at approximately 3.00pm on New Years Eve and return to shore at approximately 1.00am.We can depart later if you prefer.Cost: $11,500. Maximum 50 passengers.We supply 2 ice chests with ice for drinks and you are welcome to use the onboard barbecue.
