Why can't I book a boat straight away? |
Because the boats we display are not owned by us we have to double check with the owner of the boat if it is available on the day you are interested in.
This usually only takes a few minutes and when you make an enquiry about a boat you will usually have an answer on it's availability a few minutes later. |

Company Policies
What is your policy for transmission of credit card details? |
AnyBoat do not process your credit card directly. We bank with Westpac and they take the payment on our behalf. This means that none of your credit card information is stored in our system. In fact we don't even see your credit card details. They are given to Westpac and only Westpac has access to the information. |

What is your consumer data / privacy policy? |
We guarantee that we will not share your personal information with any 3rd party other than the owner of the boat you are hiring unless we are obliged to by law, or we have your permission to do so.
For obvious reasons the owner of the boat you hire will need to know your name and contact details and in some cases your credit card details for a security deposit.

What is your cancellation policy? |
We require 21 days notice for a full refund. You will be charged 50% of your deposit if you cancel between 7 and 21 Days of your booking date 100% of your deposit if you cancel with less than 7 days notice of your booking date. |

What is your customer Service Policy? |
- We guarantee to respond to any enquiries within 24 business hours although you will usually hear from us n a matter of minutes.
- We guarantee we will let you know of any changes to your booking within an hour of us finding out.
- We guarantee that we will do our best to find an alternative boat if for some reason you can have your first selection on the date you want.

Why do I have to pay a security Deposit? |
Some boats have a policy that all customers must pay a security deposit. This is to cover any accidental damage or breakage's caused by the hirer or their guests whilst on board the boat. |
